Over a year after Olivia Jade Giannulli and Jacob Elordi reportedly called it quits, the beauty influencer held hands with businessman PC Valmorbida during an outing in NYC.
Looks like sparks are flying for Olivia Jade Giannulli.
A year after splitting from Euphoria star Jacob Elordi, the YouTuber, stepped out in New York City with Australian art dealer and entrepreneur PC Valmorbida.
During the Oct. 25 outing in Soho, Giannulli—the youngest daughter of Full House alum Lori Loughlin and her ex Mossimo Giannulli—donned an oversized fleece jacket over a casual baggy T-shirt, shorts and flip flops. Meanwhile, Valmorbida sported a white tee, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
As the pair kept close on their walk, the businessman draped his arm across the model’s shoulder as she sweetly kept it in place by holding his hand by the thumb.
E! News has reached out to reps for Giannulli, 27, for comment on their cozy outing but hasn’t heard back.
Prior to his connection with Giannulli, Valmorbida’s rumored past relationships have included Mary-Kate Olsen—who he was initially linked to in 2007 before reconnecting in 2023—as well as Theodora Richards, the daughter of musician Keith Richards.
As for Giannulli, after her on-and-off relationship with Elordi reportedly ended in August 2025, she sparked romance rumors with tennis star Taylor Fritz. However, she recently emphasized that she plans to "never speak on" her dating life publicly.
“That part of my life, I'm a completely closed book. I'm just going to be a mystery,” she told Bustle in an interview in May. “When I was younger, I wanted to say my piece a lot more. Now I don't have that desire at all.”
As the o.piccola beauty brand founder put it, “It’s just a feeling like ‘Oh, I don’t really want to share that. That doesn’t really benefit anyone. That doesn’t really benefit me.’”
Plus, Giannulli has noted that she is able to use hindsight to inform her future decisions.
"I feel like I shared everything and then I look back on a lot of things I said and I was just like, 'Why did you post that? Why did you say that? Why did you think that?'" she told People in May. "But I was a child, so I'll give myself some grace."
She continued, "But I think now, just as I've gotten older, it's not even that conscious. I think it's just more of like, 'OK, I want to share that. That's helpful or beneficial to somebody else.' Like a makeup tip or something like that. And then other stuff I'm like, 'Who cares? Just no one.' And then I'll keep it to myself."
